Brewer’s yeast is often considered a superfood because of its content of various nutrients, especially B vitamins such as biotin, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and folic acid, which are important for metabolism and the health of skin, hair and nails.
It also contains a significant amount of protein as well as minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium and chromium. Some use Brewer’s yeast as a dietary supplement, but it is not suitable for everyone, especially those with yeast allergies or hypersensitivities to certain ingredients.
